Each PH Grand Piano is made with a finest-quality European piano action, and is never attributed to any specific piano maker name. As the builder of this edition, the Blüthner name is mentioned on the Excellence Edition of our PH Grand Pianos.
Luxurious Finishes
Like all editions of the PH Grand Piano, the Excellence Edition is produced with a luxurious leather banding. The elegant legs and pedal lyre are available in various metal finishes, as is the iconic lid made of transparent plexiglass with metal veining.
Bold Statement
Its silhouette has more volume than other editions, and there are other subtle yet potent differences in the details. The leather banding around the instrument is sewn in a different manner and the metal accent strips are slightly wider, lending a bolder, extroverted feel to the contours of the Excellence Edition. Its sound has a bold tone characteristic of its Blüthner piano action, and it can be delivered with a self-playing system.
